I got the cream, my hands and fingers hurt all the time, the middle knuckles and across top of my hand swell and sometimes draw up and lock on me and trigger fingers on top of that. I have just started using it and it takes the edge off,, hopefully it will get to working soon, if not, I hope they can switch it up to something different that may work better. They are very friendly people and got my cream to me very fast
